A Message from the Cutsy Team
Update 6/09/19: This issue is now resolved and we are e-mailing our customers individually regarding their order, thank you for your patience; if you have an outstanding order with us you will receive an e-mail shortly with an order update. New customers please note, we will be taking new orders from October 1st, perhaps sooner!
We are very sorry to report that we're experiencing a technical issue which means that there has been, and is currently, a delay in communicating with our customers.
Our primary e-mail address, email@example.com, has unfortunately been withheld from us by an ex-employee, and we are currently in the process of regaining control of this e-mail account. We're a little embarassed and frustrated by this, but we think honesty is the best policy!
We'll have our address back on around Thursday or Friday, at which time we will be contacting everyone with an outstanding order to update them on the progress of their order.
If you have sent us an enquiry or question regarding delivery of your order that has been despatched recently, or a question about our product, we apologise for the lack of communication, and kindly request you re-send your query on Friday 6th Sep, at which point we will most certainly be able to respond.
We'd like to humbly apologise for any inconvenience or frustration you might have experienced because of this issue.
We'd also like to assure all of our customers that all of our payments are handled by encrypted PayPal channels, and your payment details are never shared with us. So please be assured that this issue affects only our e-mail communication with you.
We will be doing our best to reach out to everybody as soon as possible to solve issues, answer questions and provide updates, so we thank you for your patience and understanding.
And one last thing; we've stopped taking new orders for now until we've reached out to everyone with an existing order. We'll let you know when things are back online.
